A photo of the door, the handle and the lock tells me more than most descriptions do, and it means I can give you a price that is actually right.
What to have ready
- The address, or at least the area, so I know how far I am coming
- What sort of door it is, uPVC, composite, or wooden
- What has actually happened, in your own words
- Whether you are locked out right now or this can wait until tomorrow
You do not need to know the technical names for anything. That is my job.
